Dear Dino,

I just wanted to send you this letter to thank you for treating me so well when I visited your shop in New York. The bouzouki I bought from you is the finest instrument I ever played ( and I’ve been playing for thirty five years). The price for my bouzouki was at least $1,000.00 less than another company’s comparable bouzouki in Toronto, Canada. You showed me the different woods that were used on my instrument and even gave me a “Savas” pickup that makes all the strings sound balanced in tonal quality and volume. You made the fine adjustments that I wanted (on the spot, with no waiting) and afforded me all the time I needed to try your excellent selection of instruments – under no pressure.

I’m from Cleveland, Ohio and it took me about seven hours to drive to New York. I smiled all the way home with my new “baby”. My bouzouki is so unique and different in design and color (all natural-no plastics) than any other I’ve seen or played, that I know I’ll be the envy of the musicians in this area.

I highly recommend anyone who needs a new or used bouzouki, baglama, tzoura, laouto, oud, or acoustic guitar to visit Dio Dino’s in New York. He’s fair and honest and a great guy!!
